I have added several new RSS Feeds to the site under the Forums links. These new posts pull content from ALL Unified Communication NetPro forums on Cisco.com.
There should be a VAST array of questions inside each of these forums and you can drill into each one to be taken to the exact question as it was posted to Cisco.com.
Several years ago a colleague of mine turned me onto what has become a daily ritual in my IT Life. There is a section of Cisco.com called "NetPro" which was recently renamed to "Cisco Support Community". The Community is an online repository of questions and answers that field engineers can post and get responses from other engineers/cisco. It has been VERY useful throughout my career and I would encourage anyone to bookmark the link below as it may prove invaluable to you one day in the near future.
This video will show you how to install the UCCX ( Unified Contact Center Express ) product. This video outlines some of the options during the install such as the CAD/CSD language choice and the implications of choosing the default language, as well as the integration with CUCM versus CUCME.

One of the things I am asked the most is what is the easiest way to install UCCX in a VMWare environment. What this video will show you is how to convert a Standalone Windows 2003 Cisco approved OS to a VMWare image.
*** WARNING: This IS NOT Cisco TAC supported, and I would NOT recommend this for any situation other than a lab environment. What you will need is a copy of VMWare Converter, a working Cisco MCS Server which you can install the Cisco approved Windows 2003 OS on, and External HD with some decent space, and about 2 hours of your life to kill.

I am attaching a rather old ( but I think still relevant ) doc that covers the concepts of Device Mobility. I am working with this in the CCIE Voice Lab now, one of the things I noticed was how well it plays with Local Route Lists.
For your reading enjoyment, I am posting a guide to installing the Windows 2003 Cisco Operation System. This guide will walk you through installing a Cisco approved Windows 2003 OS, which is the foundation OS for the UCCX 7x platform. The guide can be found in our downloads section for UCCX 7.x by either using the menu at the top or by clicking here.
I wanted to share my VMWare ESX 3i experiences with you regarding the CCIE Voice Lab. I am a candidate and one of the things I have done in order to prepare for the v3 lab is to stand up 3 ESX Servers. Each server is running 2 - 3 VM Images. Below is a video showing you the settings I used inside VM Infrastructure Client connected to a ESX 3i server to successfully install a CUCM Subscriber. I hope this helps someone out someday. At the bottom is also a link to the full Youtube video. There you can browse it in full screen mode.
Today I turned up a full PRI in Northern Virginia ( NoVA ). The carrier was Paetec. This was one of the first PRI's I have done in such a major metro area as DC/NoVA. Interestingly enough several things came out of this that might be worth mentioning.
The customers gateway was H.323 and they were running CUCM-BE 6. I configured the traditional Route Patterns, Route List, Route Group, and Gateway in CUCM-BE. The dial-peer's in the H.323 gateway proved to be quite problematic based on the carriers switch.
