Hi,

we have upgraded our UCCX5.0 to UCCX8.01. we did upgrade using temporary license. we have already received the proper licensing files and have uploaded to system. however our system still shows the expiry date in 12 days. we have contact Cisco Tacs and they have already removed all temp licenses using CET tool. we are getting messages about our HA server as well as about SEAT licesning.

any help will be greatly appreciated.
