    Dears,

I need your help on this case.

I have a main script (Mitsubishi) that prompt the caller to select the language then to select the department.

Option 3 is for Sales department that lead you to another menu where option 6 is for the show room.

Selection the show room option will make the main scrip to redirect the call to trigger another script called

Sales_ShowRoom_Script_Firas where the CSQ is configured, my question how can I transfer the selected

Options ( variables) for example the Language and other option to the second script.

Currently, the Main script prompt the caller for the language and the second script prompt the caller to select the language again, to select the proper CSQ.

The second issue is, I am trying to integrate the current script with the CRM database, I created ODBC with a name FIRAS, which I am using as DB Resource name in the read database function,

But I am unable to explore the database as it should be listed in Data source name field.

    What could be the problem.

    Thank you for your help.

    Re: FW: Two scripts

    Hi Alex,

The first part is fairly straight forward.  You can define the variables between scripts and specify them in the input/output mappings using the Call Subflow function.  The image below shows the output mapping for the variable 'todayIsAHoliday' being mapped to a variable of the same name (although it can be whatever you want).

In this example I call a subflow to check if today is a holiday and pass the result back to the variable shown.

    I hope this helps.
