Cisco Support Dates for Windows 7
One of the things that often comes up when Redmond decides to upgrade their Windows OS is that often times Cisco client side Apps are NOT supported on the platform.
Recently I attended a online training session as part of PACE ( Partners check that out! )Windows 7 Compatibility for Cisco UC Apps for UCCX 8, and Cisco actually supplied a document showing when full support would be announced for Windows 7.
I am attaching a document to this blog which lists what Cisco client side apps will have full Windows 7 support and the date ( often the quarter ) in which that will happen.

We have already rolled out Win 7, on UCCX ver7 sr5, you can get around the CAD by installing it in compatibillity mode but for the supervisor we have found no work around, has anyone else came up with anything?
